Just stumbled upon this thread and was thoroughly impressed, Joe! Incredible work. Was just wondering how it's been coming along since your last post? I've only been dreaming about doing something similar but never took the first step. Very nice of you to share the info!

It has been great being able to have a system ready to go when the skies are clear. Always a little apprehension of operating it remotely, though!

Over the past few months, I had to replace the roof and insulate it. And some of the DIY electronic components like the weather station didn't survive the last couple of years of baking in the sun (and having ants build a nest in it)!

Planning to reconfigure the system over the next few weeks as and when time permits. May share more then!
