Woodworking class/workshop in Singapore?

Wanna make a scope? Or better still, grind a mirror yourself. Or, you have some good tips in making a really useful accessory? This is the place to show what your hands can do...

Yeah, how about a DIY workshop on "How To Build A 14.5" Dobsonian Telescope"? :)

arief, are you going to setup a workshop for astro parts here in Singapore?

OT: Where you usually get the raw material (wood) for astro work. I am looking for a solid block of wood.

No, no. I'm thinking of attending a workshop to  enhance  my woodworking skill for my future projects. I used to attend metal machining class in Indonesia long time ago (last century, I guess). Are there such courses in Singapore? usually, after attending these classes, the students are allowed to use the workshop facility in the future for a nominal fee.
River, you can try the furniture warehouses/shops behind SAFRA Tampines.
