DIY Digital Setting Circles

Post by anat »

Dave Ek's DSC parts have been with me and haunted me :) for a long time but I didn't have a chance to do it. But finally the project was completed with a good result. Assembling and soldering is easy because of very good instruction in Dave Ek's website.

A workhorse is the PalmDSC program which makes the whole system portable and easy to use. You will need a null modem adapter to connect the Palm to the interface board.

Arief:

Yes. It can handle the 6" scope easily. It puts an end to my long search.
The encoders are built-in. http://www.aokswiss.ch/d/mont/ayo/ayodi ... gi_03.html
