Dr Chan, aka Kay Heem is Dr coz he is an actual doctor.
I saw one of his truss scope with dob mount (that was also the carrying box), amazing work. He's a very good guy and I'm sure he'll be willing to give you tips. I remember he said the building of that mount in particular cost about $200, he got a contractor guy to do the wood to his specs, did his own plans and looked for his own screws and washers and things.
