All parts from Sim Lim Tower. Admittedly the aluminum bracket is extremely ugly.. I'll have to work on that this weekend. Total cost (excluding the Ni-MH batteries) around S$ 30.

That focuser is using a modded RC servo. Long thread on CN here:
