Hi Chris,
The June 4th transit will begin at 1:14am EDT and end at 7:26am EDT,
which means 1:14 pm till 7:26 pm here.
Which means that the transit is visible but the sun will set before it is complete.
I hope this info means that you'll be offering your scope for a viewing session!
