that's why I say go for xssist. See how fast they change the thing and the xssist owner is a no-nonsense kind of guy. He is passionate about his job and is committed in building his reputation. I have been through countless web host and I can tell you honestly that 90% of all Singapore web host are pure garbage. Pay a bit more, but get less headache for all.

BTW, I am not affliated to xssist..except that I have very good service from them through sgfunds.com
