good news! the A2008 pamphlets are finally here! If you cannot wait, you may come over to my place and I will give you a few copies to pass to your friends. Not too much though, cause we are expecting quite a lot of people on the actual day for distribution as well. Will only be free this evening from 8PM onwards. Thanks.

How about an electronic version where I can email my friends?
[80% Steve, 20% Alfred] ------- Probability of Clear Skies = (Age of newest equipment in days) / [(Number of observers) * (Total Aperture of all telescopes present in mm)]

Latest update: It seems that more and more people are coming to know of this event. From tourists, friends, clubsnap, even the Science Center management representatives, and the press are coming. Not including busloads of students from NHSHS, Nanyang Girls, Polys, the universities, and more (private schools like Canadian Int Sch, etc). As for individuals, we have registered participants from India astro societies, vietnam, some australians expressing interest in this event. Excluding our singastro members, we are probably looking at a cumulative number of 300. Including singastro folks and walk-ins, probably another 200?. In any case, if you are interested to attend the talks, please remember to take your seat early. Cheers!
