Hi all,
The year for most part has been great with the winding down of the Sars problem as well as picking up of our economy under a new PM.

On the astro front, we had a major multi-organisation event organised by SP Astro, a couple of bright comets to see, a new tour of Saturn and Titan,
exploration of Mars, and the near death of the HST, etc.
Singastor Membership has also grown overall inspite of the regular trimming of non-active accounts.

It was unfortunate that the year ended with a sad note caused by the earthquake and resultant tsunami that caused so much destruction and misery.
Let us all pause a moment to pay our respects those who have left us and hope that we will not need to see such catastrophe in our lifetimes and the many lifetimes after that. Don't forget to do your part by donating money or in kind throught the various avenues!
