All,

Here's a new image of the galaxy M96. A total of 76 mins exposure shows the galaxy's faint surrounding halo (adjust your screens!), as well as quite a few background galaxy. There is an edge-on one just at the left edge of M96.

Autoguided with GuideDog and the SS2K's serial interface. Still got problems with tracking in RA, so I've just built a parallel port relay box (at Matthew's recommendation) and recent performance has improved.

Will post those newer pics later - was up last night trying to image the jet in M87.
