Wondering if someone who uses Hydrogen Alpha scopes can suggest why one side of the image is softer. I can't seem to get the whole disk in sharp focus. Could it be sensor tilt? However, the camera seems to produce pretty well focused images in other normal scopes. I know that my scope has a hot spot (I understand it is fairly common in consumer grade etalons), Maybe that could be a cause.
I could image a parts of the sun to avoid this problem altogether. But sometimes a full disk image has quite a bit of impact, too, don't you think?
