Well, the mirror alone probably costs $20k. Then, all the custom parts that have to be machined, another $10k. The scope looks to have tracking capability, so another few thousands dollar there.
In total, probably between $30k-$40k.
The good news is you would only need to sacrifice only one of your kidneys in order to afford it ;)

Newtonian primary mirror at $20k is maybe on the high side. Prices varies depending on brand, material and focal ratio. For example, looking at high-end quality like Zambuto (ZOC) mirror 20 inch f/4.5 may cost USD 7200, while ZOC 20" f/4 may cost SGD 12,300. He used to make 22 and 24 inch but not anymore. There are many other good mirror makers, so probably the 21 inch sub-f/4 may be below $10k
