Problem with ETX elevation locking mechanism. Please help.

Problem with ETX elevation locking mechanism. Please help.

My ETX GOTO is having some problems. The vertical lock just cant be tighten. When it seem tighten, the scope can still be moved, thus the GOTO not pointing well. How to tighten? :idea: :?
