Yes, it's bulky and just like to add the fork mount drive electronics had been replaced before and may sometime be intermittent !!!Airconvent wrote:wow wee kiong,
$1800 for the 7" LX200 is a really good price inspite of the optical issues !
If its not that bulky, I'll be very tempted..

everyone here want!! but then, you are not giving it away for free....?..:-)David Lian wrote: PS:Now anyone want my C8 with fork mount????
actually the fungus can be cleaned by yourself. you need to note the exact position of the corrector plate assembly (using masking tape and thin marker) before unscrewing the plate and gently cleaning the fungus away using soft cotton and isopropyll solution. then when it's cleaned and dried, screw the assembly back to the exact same position. at least that how I understand its done. anyone can comment?

clear it but it will leave a smudge on your coating and prevent further spreading. Strong alcohol will do it.
Re:12" LX200 GPS
Yes, I had completely remove both corrector & mirror on my 3.5" to clean them. I have used 99.9% pure Iso & MEK but almost impossible to remove the fungus without smudging the coating. I will try with my 5" & 7" next.Airconvent wrote:everyone here want!! but then, you are not giving it away for free....?..:-)David Lian wrote: PS:Now anyone want my C8 with fork mount????
