Hi,
Its dark matter. Evidences for it, gravitational lensing, bending of spacetime, expansion of universe, dark energy....etc. Think im going to hear it the third time for the next week...Still, its INTERESTING!!! :D

Anyway, nice to meet people 4 the 1st time like arief, hannah!! :D

yes, the talk really interesting and i learn alot form him on astrophysics today, and some weird terms-.- not to mention so lame abbreviation in astrophysics, for years i had being wondering what is WIMPS, photinos etc, they are actually name given to a unknown object -.- OMG! Looking forward for Dr.Chan lecture and hopefully the dark matters had come into conclusion by then.

ooo, and heard NTU are organizing a trip to Pulau Tioman during May, hope you guys can update us more about it if details are confirmed.

After some refreshment, we proceed to obing, as fizzy mentioned, we bag Saturn, M42 and was turning the scope toward mars - interesting sight of Taurus, it had 2 bull eyes tonight, yup, is mars that appear at the right of aldebaran - 2 red dots seem to make the bull come alive! Swift the scope to Canis Major to take down M41 right under Sirius. High Clouds and late hours hindered our observation further.

not to mention a full moon >.<

haha, dr chan's lecture was fun.. managed to make light a topic like dark matter (pun intended). now, if only i had lecturers like that.... nice meeting u too, orange boy :P
