alamak Gary....your title very misleading. Had it been $200, I would have grabbed it first and ask questions later. The Meade ETX60AT is a good quality achromat refractor and the goto will pay for itself. I think Meade has discontinued it in favour of their larger 70mm instead. From the pricing, it looks like his reserve price is $600...maybe still a good deal?

Sorry for the confusion. Added "starting bid" to the original subject title.

Although the buy price is $600, there's a possibility the reserve price may be lower. Previously last year, one ETX60 was going for $450 but got no bids then. One Singastro member offered $350 but was rejected.
Since no bids has been received so far, if you're interested, you can PM him an offer. If there is no bid thus far and he accept the offer, the auction can be closed...you may want to consider this for a cheap starter goto scope.

Not advisable to get -any- scope with a tiny 60mm aperture as an introductory scope as u will quickly run out of things to see.... But the autostar is a fun gadget to play with... :)
