Here is the place to talk about all those equipment(Telescope, Mounts, Eyepieces, etc...) you have. Not sure which scope/eyepiece is best for you? Trash it out here!

I have upgraded and I think the backlash compensation and autoguiding is not free anymore...and requires key code...:(

i hope i am wrong....why?

because in the previous built, there was no need to enter any code...

now there is a code to enter, but not sure what function it will enable.

But the slewing and motor drive characteristic appear the same to me... :)

Your manual is not english?? Anyway, you can download the english version manual (around 17MB) at: http://www.company7.com/vixen/mounts/sphinxsx.html
Haha! My original copy is Jap version. Too inconvenient to download. Its ok now, I later got the Eng version. :)

Thanks Chee Yiun!

What? Not free anymore? Hmm.. I will hold off the update first then.. heh.

Seems like Vixen is pulling its socks up. After a long period of no updates, suddenly one update almost every month!

Hoorey!
