Well, this link might help in the selection
http://www.findascope.com/
but most importantly is to remember that you shouldn't jump into the purchase of one. Take your time to choose the equipment u think is the best for you, best to go down to SP today to look at the equipment before making a decision. Maybe can pick up a thing or two there as well!

Hi IceAngel,

I'm definately not anywhere close to a pro, but I'll be willing to accompany you to check the scope out (if you allow it, of course). The thing is, I'll be quite busy all day tomorrow with some deliveries, so it's not quite possible tomorrow.

But if you are not in a hurry to get it and if you really feel more comfortable if there's someone with you to verify things and if you don't mind me "tagging along" , perhaps you may want to wait till I'm available next weekend ? :D

i definitely will be happy if u come along to check that scope out with me, but that scope is my mum's friend's son's (he's just a primary sch kid)... so he is bringing it to my house tomolo.. maybe i take some pictures and posted it here for u to see?? or we can find a time to find him to group star-gazing with his scope??
