To find a ideal low powered EP for Orion 127

My advice would be: you can consider to get the Scopestuff #SMSA with #ADT3 2" adapter (as shown in the link by Weixing), then you can get any of the following 2" 40mm eyepieces with 70 deg Apparent Field Of View to get the max. True Field Of View (1.8 deg) at the lowest magnification (38.5x): UO MK-40, Vixen 42LVW, Pentax 40XW, Televue Panoptic 41mm etc. This would be more comfortable and visually more engaging than using a 1.25" ep with a focal reducer.
