Nice image, but it seems like you have stacked two different sets of images before and after opposition, as I see two shadows on the rings, on both left and right side of Saturn. Visually, we can't see both shadows on the rings simultaneously
Hi Richard, the 2 captured sequence only span minutes apart on the same night. The shadows were prob. artefacts from processing like what Cheeyiun may had described.

Mind to share the wavelet setting in Registax?
Hi Universe, I have not explore Registax yet. The pictures were processed with K3CCDTools and ImagesPlus. I belief the wavelet setting is a good tool for planetary imaging, worth exploring in the future.
