An orange Venus?!

Is venus orange due heavy pollution?

yes it's possible

and since it's low in the sky (close to horizon), you also get atmospheric dispersion effect (light scatter). It's the same effect as looking at orange moon.

Yes, althought it is not necessarily pollution but could be just cloud sometimes. I think.

Well... I agree with aquillae...

Aerosol in the air do play a part in that. Especially when it's lying low near to the horizon... That's why the orange Sun exist, occurs normally during sunrise and sunset.
