Hi,
Tomorrow is Labour Day, so must do some physical work to celebrate it, such as bring out my 8" Newtonian and GPD mount... ha ha ha
Anyway, I think the weather will be clearing up a bit... I think at least it won't rain, so I'll bring out my scope to have Moonlight bath and breathe some fresh air at around 9pm at the usual Mosque site.
Anyone who free are welcome to join me.
Have a nice day.

weixing always observes on the footpath at the field next to the Mosque. You can't miss him from a distance: a dark silhoutte standing next to a "missile launcher".mySG_jy wrote:where in tampines?

Hi,
I'm usually there (site 1) on every Friday, Saturday or pre-holiday night when the weather look clear or confirm no raining and I'm not going or at Mersing. Recently, I didn't post my observation session here because of the unpredictable weather and my work is quite busy lately, so observation session timing cannot be confirm. I'll post my session here again when the weather is more stable and I'm not that busy. Also, if you are interested to join me, PM me and I'll let you know when I'm going out for observation session.
Anyway, yesterday weather wasn't good. The weather satellite map look ok, but when I got there, a whole "piece" of cloud came in and cover the sky. I packed up and went home around mid-night after showing some curious public the Moon craters and Saturn through a few hole in the cloudy sky and after taking some pictures on the cloudy sky.
Have a nice day.
I usually setup on the small field outside the Tampines Swimming Pool and Mosque. Site 1 on below map:where in tampines?
