the above mount is a great upgrade to anyone seeking a sturdier and more reliable mount package as compared to the chinese clones.

This is a mount for visual observers, and has capability to be expanded into a full featured astrophotography mount. Best part is, it is light and stable.

Chinese clones mounts such as CG-5 GOTO has large periodic error, unless your autoguider reacts as fast as a machine gun, otherwise it will only be a visual mount. GP has much smaller periodic error.

ok! how about SGD850?? Good enough price! Plus tutorial advice thrown in for newbies. Good valued mount for keepers seeking portability and accurate tracking, much better then similar chinese clones.

Latest update: SGD$750 for the above system (to sell as whole). Please note that this mount has one single owner only and have not been used out in the field. Have a new mount coming!
