You can purchase one for a few dollars at any diy store such as Homefix :)

last i bought from farnel but they selling too expensive. one pc $7 but in know it is not so expensive in some other place.

The ones in DIY are huge and expensive. Most DIY shops don't even have them the last I searched for one. In the end, I found one in one of those knick-knack shops in Toa Payoh Central...I think it was less than $10....can't recall now.

Yeah, those DIY stores stock branded ones. The heartland hardware stores carry cheaper brands and most of these hardware stores will have bubble-levels. There is a big discount store at IMM (everything at $2 per item) and they do have such bubble-levels too. I bought one a few months ago. Hope they still have stock, though.
