Comet 17P/Holmes gone kaboom!

Yes, I have been able to spot it again today (Tuesday evening) with naked eyes.

Here is a photo of the comet which I took just now in Singapore city centre through a Meade LX-90 8" SCT at prime (2000mm f/10), ISO 400, 30 seconds with a Canon EOS 350D:

The 3 areas of the comet can be clearly seen, including the bright spot of the nucleus (which is not at the centre of the coma).

Hi,
Yes... I quickly grab my small scope after I saw elton post and I saw it through the scope and binocular for a full 30minutes as the sky clear up briefly!! It's also easily visible to the naked eye once you know where is it.

Finally spotted the comet at ecp, it was really an awesome sight! Have to pack up before it rains.

I finally saw it last night with my 10x42 bino at 11 plus! It is so bright, easy naked eye target. I could see 2 shades, a brighter inner core and a more diffused outer core with the bino. It is rather large in size too. When I brought out my scope, it suddenly became cloudy though and then it poured cats and dogs...

arggg!! how come everyone can see it through the clouds except me...
Was working late again today and dog tired when I reached home. Thought I could at least catch it from my window but no such luck...sigh...

and thanks weixing for the chart. Now I realised this is not even a sungrazer !
