WO also import 102 ED scopes!

Here is the place to talk about all those equipment(Telescope, Mounts, Eyepieces, etc...) you have. Not sure which scope/eyepiece is best for you? Trash it out here!

Hi Vincent,

Let's continue our discussion over the PM :)
It's quite a bit late here, I'll drop you a message tomorrow morning.

cheers!

i don't think the SV one is the same as the WO or Orion one.
it doesn't have the same focuser and dew shield as the other two, which look a lot more similar.

f/6.95? hmm... :?

all 3 tubes look similar to me. Focuser can be retro-fitted so it doesn't matter.

I think the lenses all come from the same place.

LOL... believe what you want. No amount of me persuading is going to change your mind I think.

But I'd like to know why you think the lenses all come from the same place. Just curious as all the arguements have been hashed and rehashed so no point saying the obvious again. But you must have some reason to discount the available information to come up with your own conclusion.

I think the WO is the best deal, since it was star tested, with diagonal, and the aluminium case is included and yet only USD 1000.

Definitely a good deal with all that included. WO is definitely trying to undercut everyone else with this deal. Even Orion's is bare OTA at $999. Quick someone buy it so we can compare when I bring the SV102ED over.

Looks like VinSnr is the most likely candidate to catch hold of the good deal from WO.

It ended up that WO brought out the best package, and Orion and AT lost the 102ED battle. Maybe Kunming is nearer to Taiwan, hehe.

Lets not argue over the case of SV 102ED anymore. Let us just enjoy the skies with whatever scopes you have, as long as you enjoy using it.
