I'm interested in getting one, but before I spend US$400 for it, I'd like to hear from some one who has used or owned it.
Would it be better to buy from Amazon or a local Celestron dealer?
Thanks.
Anyone here tried the Celestron SkyScout?

Amazon may not deliver to malaysia where you live. It does not deliver to Singapore too! If you have something like our vpost service, can also try using that.
Have you tried http://www.perseid.com.my ?
Otherwise if you pop by Singapore, you can visit AstroScientific at the Science Centre who stocks them. Or perhaps even astro-bargain can help?
I am also keen to know how it performs too! Do post a review if you get your hands on one!
cheers

I have bought stuff from Amazon before and they do ship to Malaysia. But if the thing breaks, where / who do I send it for support / repair? Are there any Celestron representatives here in Singapore or Malaysia?
