Well I hope they raise the quality! My portaball's electrical system was dead-on-arrival. There were TWO bad solder joints and one bad grounding connection. The last thing I expected on the day I received my scope was to have to dust off my soldering iron! So much for "Made in usa" :roll:

eh this kind of delicate hand crafted stuff cannot expect too much la. there's always a compromise between durability and portability. must keep some glue, screwdriver, tape, etc etc for minor repairs.
