3 Different Moons (Plus 1 more!) :)

Post by loneoceans »

Hi everyone,

Just thought I'd like to share my shots of our lovely moon! I don't have much equipment, but here are the photos I've taken of the moon in recent months. In order of date taken (big photo link below each thumbnail):

Taken using my handphone camera (k750i)

Standard Half Moon! : )

Not perfect yet but I'm working on improving myself and my equipment! Comments and suggestions most welcomed! :)

I forgot to mention that these photos were taken by carefully placing my camera (both phone and digital) to the eyepiece of my cheap telescope. Of course I don't have a mount (planning to make one myself), so it requires very careful focusing, exposure, positioning and stillness. :) Going to collimate my reflector again! More details soon!
