Is anyone using this mount?
I'm trying to figure out what I need, in order to mount a Celestron 80ED onto it.
Help : GSO Skyview EQ Mount
I guess its meant to be mounted to scope rings.

This is one of the solutions but its like 52 Euros before shipping.

Celestron's standard mountings for the 80ED are for camera tripod style mounting.
I guess I could just pick up a pair of scope rings.
Ah I guess this is the hack.

Hihi Kayheem, how is your shopping going?kayheem wrote:Hi,
I would go for the 52 Euro solution as it would mean quick release with ability to re-balance scope if necessary.
I do not the astrobargains $39 solution will work well, if at all. In addition, no quick release.
