Sunset Worth Waiting

Post by cataclysm »

Rare as our clear night skies can be, I find that clear sky to the horizon is even harder to come by. Had my camera set up at the window for nearly a week till this opportunity presented on 27 June. Shot it with my 4" Genesis SDF at prime focus. ISO400, 1/400s, f/5.4, 30D.

Woah...! very nice!

Very difficult to catch foreground detail without over-exposing the sun.
