Hi folks:
I was reading Tuesday St. Times and found a stunning milkyway picture from Takepo NZ, South Island - perhaps the first town to be (will be?) UNESCO protected site 'cos of the sky above!!!

Looking closely at the image - i found that the Crux above the church points to the upside down Crux in the sky - the AP photographer was framing it intentionally perhaps. Close by is the dark cloud - coal shack! 'Northern' Hemisphere Stars pattern look 'laterally inverted' in S. Hemisphere and took me a while to get used to Orion's belt slanted to the other side there..
