Here is a shot of Orion Nebula I took from my balcony taken by my D90 using 200mm f/5.6, 160 1600 exp 3s
I have yet to take a shot of the nebula using my 8" dob.

Good to see the Dec /Jan skies approaching.
Took a shot of the Orion Nebula last night at 1am.
f/1.8, Exposure 0.77 secs, iso 3200 at 35mm (constrast adjusted). This time i held the cam infront of the plossel (25mm) on 8" Dob

Hi Psycho,
Thats great picture you have there with not even 1 second exposure.
I never try the iso3200 on my 300D.
Let me try out see how it will come out.
