was in a dark place for a week, yet i only took out my camera on the last night there, and it was raining..... took this during a break in the sky...

and this was taken a day earlier when the sky was fantastic...

can see venus, gemini, leo, canis minor, big dipper, etc...

it is the Malapascua island in the Phillipines. the nearest big city is Cebu about 100km away, its light dome can be seen in about the 5 o'clock direction in 1st photo...
