looks like there's gonna be a new EQ-8 (like iOptron, kinda copying the AP 900 look)

but it's gonna weigh much more than the EQ-6 (and cost more).
looks like the only other option in this price range if you're not a fan of the EQ-6 and CGEM, is the iEQ 45..

There is a rumour that there will still be an EQ7 also which will be in between EQ6 and Eq8.
