No point.....15 years scopes at such a price. Unless you are a die-hard AP fan, or simply has too much $$$ to burn, why pay so much $$ for such old scopes?

Back in 1989, the Starfire series is not exactly as color free as their APO now.

Ah so... I guess for some |AP fans, might be preferable to waiting many years for a brandnew one.
