Meade and Celestron settles patent suit

Apparently, Meade has patent rights to the technology that adjust their telecope to true north as well as level it to ground level. Celestron was sued and they have not come to a settlement. In the agreement, Celestron has to pay Meade royalties and in return, Meade cannot stop Celestron from continuing to use the technology in their Nexstar GPS series.
