hi i am new to astronomy, my objective is just to see the moon and stars at night.
i just bought a telescope powerseeker 70EQ, but i have no idea how to set it up.

If don't mind bringing your setup to Toa Payoh, I can try to help you out. PM me to arrange a meet up. Else, you can also try to attend the sidewalk sessions listed in this forum.
Alternatively, if you can elaborate in more details why you think you set it up wrongly after following the instructions, we may be able to give you some pointers here in the forum.
