Astrophotography alt

Here is the place to talk about all those equipment(Telescope, Mounts, Eyepieces, etc...) you have. Not sure which scope/eyepiece is best for you? Trash it out here!

our Earth and atmosphere are "curved" . When we look at objects below 45 deg altitude, we are looking through thicker layers of air. Starlight also need to pass through more air hence dimmer and more turbulence etc. And in the case of singapore (but less problematic in a dark place), it means more light pollution compared to looking straight upwards...hope this helps.
