For those who don't want to read spoilers about COSMOS episodes, please don't read this thread!
Last week's episode 8 is awesome - "Sisters of the Sun". Current and aspiring female scientists should watch. APers will enjoy this episode too - Carina Nebula and Milky Way from Australian outback!
Tonight at 10pm, new episode 9 - "The Lost Worlds of Planet Earth".

Been watching this documentary. Super interesting. Instead of the usual eye candy astro presentations, they chose to go with the origins.

Hi SpaceShallot. Welcome to the forum. You can search for the show schedules on StarHub and SingTel cable tv websites:SpaceShallot wrote:Hello, I'm new to this site, so happy to find someone else who enjoys the show!

StarHub - http://www.starhubtvanywhere.com/schedule
SingTel - http://mio.singtel.com/miotv/programme-guide.asp
In Singapore, new episodes will be first broadcasted at 10pm on a Saturday, about one week after US.
Last Sunday's new episode in US was postponed because of an event that showcase cars going round and round the track for hours.

Yupe. Awesome script and story telling. Audience appreciates such show which does not insult their intelligence and dumb everything down. Hopefully, there will be a season 2.shirox wrote:Been watching this documentary. Super interesting. Instead of the usual eye candy astro presentations, they chose to go with the origins.
