Cheers mate. I've nearly given up on it a few times. It's like a vendetta now!

A child visited the workshop while I was working on the faceplate. The reaction of the boy was enough to motivate me for the future of the suit in children's hospitals.

Fabrication ramping up! Hopefully I'll get the helmet all welded up tomorrow.

I got the helmet spot-welded up today.

I only got ten minutes to work on this today. Here's a back view showing the seams all welded up, then ground back using an angle grinder and grind-wheel first, followed up with a flap disk.
