Re: WTS: 1.5" steel tripod $150
Can include a wooden disk and some stainless steel parts for $4 total if you need a flat top surface instead of the original 60/100mm 20mm deep (see 3rd photo above) , doing so will remove the original center bolt and spreader tray.
1x M10 1.5pitch 150mm threaded bolt 316L stainless steel
2x M10 wing nut 304 stainless steel
2x M10 washer 32mm outer x 11.5 inner x 2.7mm thick 304 stainless steel
1x wooden disk 19mm thick (up to 140mm diameter)
Will drill a final 10mm center hole or cut 30mm to 60mm inner circle into the wood to fit the bottom of your mount head plus another hole to accommodate the north peg on the tripod.

If you want 3/8" connection as if photo tripod then need to change the bolt and wingnut. This is the cheaper way compared to buying a finished product aluminum adapter disk about $50.
If you are unsure your mount head is what thread pitch , you can take a bolt that is of known size (m10 1.5 pitch) and place it upside down with the bolt at your tripod.
The threads should be a perfect match. ( photo below )
Example 3/8"-16 "photo tripod" size bolt would not match a M10 bolt's threads even though they look similar in diameter. You need to spend a few dollars more to buy 3/8"-16 bolt and wingnuts.
