I bought the book from Kinokuniya for $25.75.FIRNALDO wrote:Thanks, guys. Kinda cloudy each night and I need a good dark spot. HDB lights are making it worse. Anybody in the north side? I've reserved that book from the library. Maybe if it's nice, I'll consider buying.
Last week when I checked , they are charging $40 for the book (either exchange rate has changed or there is demand for this book due to it being recommended frequently).
You can try buying from amazon.com. Their second hand books cost as low as US$10! (but plus shipping, would be similar to what I paid brand new)

Hi Moderators,FIRNALDO wrote:Coolness. Yeah, 168. I'll do it next year as I only have 15 days left till NS enlistment. Does this Tampines astro club got a website?
Pls allow me to go off topic a last time inorder for me to clear somethings, thnk.
Firnaldo, I apologise, I was joking rather too much in my last post.
There is no formal club (the A-team that I mentioned) at tampinese. Only afew hardcore astronomers from singastro gethering there to do some sky observations. But they are good and willining to teach.
Sorry for any confusion that I caused.
