I think i will go ahead for the NEQ6 via the local dealer and i check the price is still S$2,590.

and i will grab my primary telescope from HK or maybe China. it was really nice to find a such useful and friendly forum here.

Hopfully i could take my first shoot soon.

just me... but maybe buying direct from China is a bit dicey.

why not order from Peter Lee (tan14.com) or William Optics? one is in HK and the other Taiwan. shipping won't be a killer.

i noticed their web site was ancient and not updated, heck they were even listing the Tak P2Z which is long discontinued.

Hi Orly, I check the website, didn't call. The website updated recently, the old site is different, after all Anthony is a nice person, believe he will honor the price stated. You can write an email to him to confirm.

My 1st scope ETX105 and binos were purchased from him. Then, he even offer me a Meade LXD75 scope at a very good price and let me pay later as I didn't bring enough cash, but I turned down the offer. He didn't even worry that I ran away with the scope as that was the 1st time I met him in person. He even paid for my bus fare from his place to HK airport during that trip. If you go to his place, you will realize that he still carry some older equipments which he can give good price.
