Yes, it can be used on NexStar SE 6 / 8 mount.
Yes, included the original Star Pointer Finderscope, 1.25" Star Diagonal, 1.25" Visual Back, 1.25" 40 mm eyepiece, 1.25" 13 mm eyepiece.

Can't confirm the mount plate but do note that the Nexstar 4SE mount is not compatible. The Mount for the Nexstar 6 and 8 are the same.

No IvanL. Evolution series is newer than the SE series. I think it's a typo.
