I agree with VinSnr. A good dew/glare shield will help improve the contrast.

Yeah ... I'm adding a Dewshield this week .... Will prob try that and see how .. during my ob last night there was an irritating glare ... argh ...

You should have got that dewshield even before you use your C8. In fact, a flexible dewsheild should be a complusory item for any SCT owners.

Not only it keep away dew and glare, it also minimise dust and dirt from settling onto your corrector.
