does a sky pollution filter really work in SG?

Here is the place to talk about all those equipment(Telescope, Mounts, Eyepieces, etc...) you have. Not sure which scope/eyepiece is best for you? Trash it out here!

Haven't the time to try any filter yet, busy with work and other photographic pursuits :)

Hi, from I tried, The Orion Ultrablock works very well, much better than the Orion Skyglow filter. I guess thats because the pollution here is really bad. Also, such interference filters effectiveness increase with f-ratio and aperture.
