Hi,
Hi weixing
Could it be due to the design and quality of the lens/mirror that make up for the difference? I have compared the image from my 4" ETX and 5" C5 and could not make out any difference between the 2 at all...
Hmm.. possible... as C5 got a real big central obstruction (35% by diamtere).

Sorry to go off topics on your selling thread.  I think may be you should take a careful look through a C6 SCT and check whether can you see the improvement before your upgrade.

Have a nice day.

Hi,
is the C6 from VinSnr??? ha ha ha
You see that part of my post before I remove it... ha ha ha

Reason behind the guess is that he get a GPD2 mount (which is over kill for a C6 SCT) and you are raising fund for a C6 SCT... hee hee :P :P :P

Have a nice day.

If its Vincent Snr's , then I can understand...his prices are really great but in return, I think he expects the buyer to be using the scope alot and giving it more time on singastro obs sessions...so we will be seeing you more if you get it!

Hi,
It'll be very worth it if you use it often after you brought it... had seen too many example of members "disappear" after spending a lot buying a scope.... :( :( :( Hope they just "disappear" from the forum, but not from Astronomy!

Have a nice day.
