it's probably the same tooling (90mm f/11) as the classic ETX or the Meade spotter, except this one uses helical focusing. in my experience it's very difficult to do fine focus adjustments with a lens-type helical focuser. but it's cheap..! cheaper than most any ETX90 OTA.
