Very cloudy now at Toa Payoh and the satellite images do not look promising. So as of now, it is a no-go for me.
As I am not staying near Changi area, I am not able to update everyone else accurately about the weather there from now onwards. Those who wish to attend please feel free to co-ordinate among yourselves and update this thread accordingly.

It is how many people, less fortunate than you, got to look through it."

@kensou: Do share with us your stargazing experience there when you are back!
@airconvent: Thanks for sharing your experience. At least you have seen it with your own eyes which is better than nothing. The current stellarium of planets will be around for about one month. So time for revenge for that lost opportunity!
@croys: Pity the skies not co-operating. Would be fun to meet you again since we last met at ECP last year.
@enterprise: I dont drive so can't answer your question on ease of parking. But it will be fun to find a way to pack your new toy to make it public-transport friendly.
@weixing: No worries. We still have the whole month of May.
@wudever: Welcome to Singastro! Do write a report on your first light outing with your new telescope in the equipment subforum. Take your time to enjoy this special experience, it will be a wonderful memory for the rest of your life like your first love.
